The Arizona Fall League is seeking a Social Content Designer for the upcoming 2025 season (Mid-September through the end of November). The Social Content Designer is responsible for designing and executing all social and video content across all AFL platforms including Instagram, Twitter/X, You Tube, TikTok, and Facebook. This individual will play a key role in social media strategy development and growth.
Responsibilities
- Produce and design daily graphics for all AFL social platforms.
- Create video edits (recaps, highlight reels, hype videos, recurring edits) for social channels.
- Execute Real-time video edits and GIF cutting during games.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while creating high quality content.
- Be part of conversations for recurring projects
- Stay current on design and social trends.
Qualifications and Skills
- BA in Graphic Design or related field
- 1-3 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong knowledge of Asana, Google apps and MS Office apps
- Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of multiple social media platforms – specifically Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Demonstrates proficiency in typography, layout, hierarchy, branding, and photo manipulations.
- Knowledge of baseball a plus as it pertains to sports graphics.
- Ability to work night, weekends and overtime as needed.
Pay Rate: $1,200 biweekly
