HOME PRODUCT ASSISTANT MANAGER
General Duties:
Assist Home Product Manager with accurate supervision, reporting, reaching and surpassing sales goals of the Division. In addition, the position will foresee administrative tasks such as: inventory levels, customer service, planning, execution, among other tasks.
Essential Job Functions:
- Reports directly to Home Product Manager.
- Along with Home Product Manager, identify sales opportunities within our market and foresee the implementation of the sales strategies the company requires.
- Maintain communication channels with our national account clients in order to meet all business relationship expectations.
- Responsible for reconciling payment accounts with the credit and billing department, as well as installation schedules. Responsible of record keeping (filing and digitizing documents.)
- Supervise a salesforce of 8-10 employees.
- Other job functions may be required.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Product Development, Client Relationships
- Must have a BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration or similar on experience
- Must work well under pressure
- Willing to travel around the island visiting store branches
- Multi-tasker
- Experience is a must
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
