Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team, acting as the tenant and management company liaison. Your exceptional customer service skills will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of client satisfaction. You will develop a diverse skill set while supporting property management operations, including but not limited to:
- Responding to tenant communications promptly through multiple channels, including text, email, phone, and chat.
- Collecting and processing rental payments.
- Delivering and posting notices prepared by property managers.
- Preparing tenant move-out dispositions, accounting, refunds, and disputes per local and state laws.
- Supporting marketing efforts by reviewing ads and ensuring ads comply with company policies.
- Collaborating across departments and with the leadership team to support smooth operations.
