We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Agent to join our team. This dual-role position involves assisting in the day-to-day operations of the property while actively managing the leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Show available units to prospective tenants
- Handle leasing paperwork and application processing
- Coordinate property tours, move-ins, and move-outs
- Support property manager with maintenance coordination and vendor follow-ups
- Maintain resident files and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist in rent collection and enforcement of lease terms
- Conduct regular property inspections
Requirements:
- Prior experience in property management or leasing is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management software is a plus
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused
