We’re a well-established vacation rental company in Siesta Key, FL, managing a hand-picked collection of beautiful homes, condos, and boutique villas. We’re looking for a Property Manager who’s equal parts organized, hands-on, and guest-focused to help keep our properties in top shape and our guests smiling.
What You’ll Do
Make sure our properties look and feel perfect for every guest’s arrival. Check in on homes, coordinate cleanings, schedule repairs, and handle last-minute needs. Work with a great team of cleaners, maintenance pros, and vendors. Keep guests happy—respond quickly, solve problems, and make sure their vacation is everything they hoped for. Build great relationships with our property owners and keep them informed on how their home is doing.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who loves hospitality, takes pride in their work, and can keep things running smoothly. Previous experience in property management, vacation rentals, or hotels is a big plus. You’re comfortable with technology (property management software, email, basic spreadsheets).You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves—sometimes you’ll troubleshoot a WiFi router, other times you’ll meet a guest with a welcome gift.Must have a reliable vehicle to get around the island and surrounding areas.
