Responsibilities
- Perform repairs on damaged vehicles, including frame straightening and bodywork.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs.
- Utilize welding techniques to repair or replace damaged sections of vehicles.
- Conduct auto estimating to assess the extent of damage and necessary repairs.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal fabrication techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition.
- Apply airless paint spraying methods for finishing touches on repaired areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in assembling and disassembling vehicle parts.
- Experience with welding techniques applicable to auto body repair.
- Knowledge of auto estimating processes for accurate damage assessment.
