We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall accounting function. This position requires analytical skills and a solid understanding of both accounting & administrative practices.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable transactions
- Post accounts payable invoices
- Perform accounting tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Post sales transactions
- Daily deposit
- Maintaining an accurate and organized filing system
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
