Automotive Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to oversee our service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both retail and commercial automotive/truck service environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and service advisors to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement service department policies and procedures to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to maintain competitive service offerings.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role in retail or commercial settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in automotive service software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Full understanding in regard to warranty policy and procedure set by Ford Motor Company.
