Managing the events 6-7 hour shifts mainly weekends: wedding or other event.
Remaining hours are working in the sales office conducting tours of the venue, administrative work, answering phone calls and emails.
Must have great customer service skills, is a team player, feels comfortable managing and organizing staff and events. Detailed orientated.
Setting up the event details - favors, champagne flutes, cake topper etc.
Managing waitstaff from the beginning to end, managing client and head table.
Serve 5 course meal, cake cutting promptly.
Proving excellent customer service to our clients prior, during and post events.
Clean up events and organize customers items to take home after event.
Position Openings are Part time & Full Time Options available. Looking to hire asap. Start pay and then a review will be done at 1 month anniversary.
This position does not offer health insurance.
