Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender(s) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in hospitality. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Maintain an organized and clean bar area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and assist with drink selections, enhancing their overall experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and brewing techniques to enhance menu offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety practices in food service environments.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to operate POS systems efficiently (Toast)
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
