Job Summary:
- Working in a family's home 2 to 3 times per week (after school, evenings and/or weekend hours) for approximately 2-4 hours per visit
- Implementing and teaching therapeutic behavior management strategies
- Fostering positive behaviors
- Promoting emotional regulation in clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of one year experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral health challenges
- Comfortable working in a family's home
- Strong understanding of behavioral principles and interventions.
- Valid Drivers License
- Work with referred children and families in the counties that you agree to provide services in
- Implementing behavioral interventions and support plans (BAs).
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintaining detailed documentation and progress notes.
- Providing strengths based support to children and families
- Coordinating visit schedule with family and child
- Attending monthly virtual supervision meeting
- Completing required virtual training hours for Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
