We are seeking a bilingual immigration paralegal fluent in both Chinese and English to join our team and support employment- and family-based immigration cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize supporting documentation for immigration filings
- Draft letters, forms, and supporting statements with precision
- Conduct legal research and verify case-specific requirements
- Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate clearly with clients in both Chinese and English
Case Types You’ll Work On:
- Employment-based immigration: L-1, EB-5, EB-1C, EB-1A, and related categories
- Family-based immigration and NVC processing
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to independently find answers, solve problems, and take ownership of your work
- Familiarity with USCIS forms and immigration procedures
- Excellent written communication in both English and Chinese
Prior experience in immigration law is preferred . We value responsibility, efficiency, and a proactive attitude.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
