We have an opening for an energized person who is proficient in both English and Spanish that would like to be a part of our successful frontline team and fill the position of a full-time Bilingual Relationship Banker in our Willmar market.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the teller functions of the bank
- Primary contact for opening accounts, including checking, savings, certificates, fiduciary, and other deposit products
- Proactively grow and deepen customer relationships, actively providing solutions to enhance each customer's financial success
- Participate in bank campaigns and initiatives to continue growing the market
- Understand and adhere to bank operational procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, including being bilingual in English and Spanish; must be able to speak, read and write with exceptional grammar in both languages without limitations and/or assistance
- Previous experience in the banking industry or a related field
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Desire to build relationships, collaborate with coworkers and enhance the lives of our customers
- Travel as business needs require
Salary Range based on experience: $19.20 - $23.59
