Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team in a hotel environment. You will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
As a Breakfast Attendant, you will work from either 5am-11am or 7am-12pm and responsible for preparing breakfast foods and breakfast buffet set up. You will also be responsible for cleaning the breakfast areas and sanitizing tables well. Above all you will help to create a wonderful breakfast experience for our guests.
Prior work experience as a Breakfast Attendant will be an added advantage, but we are willing to train with a proven stable work history and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Setting up the breakfast buffet before opening.
- Maintaining the kitchen and breakfast area.
- Preparing food as and when required.
- Ensuring the food inventory is well stocked.
- Maintaining the coffee dispenser machines.
- Ensuring the breakfast table is cleared after use.
- Cleaning the tables and chairs after closing.
- Answering guest’s complaints in a professional manner.
- Sweeping and mopping the breakfast area floor after service.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction all the time.
- Performing other duties if requested by the Manager.
