Duties

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage sales pipelines.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Participate in project management activities to ensure successful implementation of client solutions.
- Prepare reports on business development activities and present findings to management.

- This is a 1099 straight commission position with upfront initial sales commissions plus residual commissions off each additional servicing of each custome.
