Salary: $24.38/hour
Job Duties:
- Responsible for updating and maintaining contract files; they also acquire goods, services, and supplies through the competitive bid process under the direction of the Senior Buyers
- Processes purchase orders and provides clerical support for the Purchasing Administrator and Senior Buyers
- Serves as backup for the Mail Room and Office Services functions during busy times and in the event of an associate’s absence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree preferred.
- One year of experience in purchasing and bidding, and minimum of four (4) years of administrative experience.
- Must submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
