Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical support
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality
Required Skills:
- Contact customer service experience
- Call center/high call volume experience
- Ability to manage 30-40 calls per day
- Inbound and outbound calling experience in a high paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills Detail-oriented
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to use general office equipment
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software MS Word (intermediate level a plus)
- MS Excel (intermediate level a plus)
- MS Outlook (experience a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
