Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Ceramic Coating Subcontractors to join our team. This role is ideal for detailers who have strong skills in paint correction and ceramic coating applications. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for delivering professional-grade results on client vehicles while representing the Soapy Whips brand with integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Perform paint correction and surface preparation prior to ceramic coating application.
- Apply ceramic coatings to vehicles with precision and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment on job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with ceramic coatings and paint correction.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must provide your own tools and equipment (preferred).
- Reliable transportation to job sites around Orlando.
Compensation:
- Pay is structured on a per job basis, with rates depending on the size of the vehicle and the package selected.
