About the Job:
Pacsun is seeking a strategic and collaborative Chief of Staff to the CEO—a unique opportunity to partner directly with the CEO of an iconic brand. In this role, you’ll help drive the company’s most important priorities, turning vision into action and ensuring alignment across the business. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and strategic operator, enabling speed, clarity, and impact while keeping Pacsun’s culture and community at the center of it all.
A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
- Serve as a key partner to the CEO to ensure corporate initiatives are tracked, staffed, and executed, and drive clarity across the executive team
- Oversee and drive high-impact initiatives from concept to execution, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure accountability and measurable progress
- Facilitate and lead executive team meetings by driving agenda planning, ensuring clear follow-ups, and tracking action items through to completion
- Lead preparation for Board materials, external meetings, events and offsites
- Champion Pacsun’s culture by modeling adaptability, positivity, and collaboration—reinforcing the brand’s values and fostering a connected, innovative, and inclusive environment across the organization
- Oversee 2 Executive Assistants and 1 Receptionist
What it takes to Join:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or executive leadership roles
- Experience working directly with C-level executives, boards, or senior leadership teams
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
- Exceptional communicator with strong project management skills
- Able to multitask, pivot quickly, and maintain grace under pressure
- Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and highly proactive
- Professional presence – both internally as well as externally - with the ability to manage up and lead laterally
- Strong knowledge of travel: Domestic and International

- Ability to balance a strong management presence with a high level of approachability, encouraging and eliciting associate feedback and interaction.
Salary Range: $143,000 - $180,000

- Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
