Skyla Agency is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly reliable Executive & Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both professional and personal tasks. This hybrid role requires someone who can seamlessly manage behind-the-scenes logistics and confidently represent the CEO at high-end community and brand events.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling
- Handle email correspondence and light communication
- Track deadlines, prep for meetings, maintain task lists
- Assist with brand, marketing, and client-related errands
- Help coordinate travel and event logistics
Personal & Lifestyle Support
- Run errands (groceries, home needs, gifting, etc.)
- Light home organization and maintenance oversight
- Care for dogs (feeding, vet trips, occasional walks)
- Support with personal travel, packing, and home task
Event & Brand Representation
- Accompany CEO to high-end community, media, and networking events
- Provide day-of event assistance and behind-the-scenes support
- Dress professionally and represent the brand with poise
- Handle VIP client interactions discreetly and respectfully

- Reliable, trustworthy, and solution-oriented
- Tech-savvy and detail-driven
- Animal-friendly (must love dogs!)
