What You’ll Do:
As our Client Intake Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—turning inquiries into consultations with our lawyers and signed retainers. You will ensure every caller feels valued, informed, and confident in choosing us. This role will combine your sales experience with genuine client care.
As we like to say, pushy sales tactics are not needed. We prefer you simply inform clients of the solutions we offer. You will guide leads from their first “hello” to the moment they officially become clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct phone free case evaluations (do not worry if you are new to the law firm world, we will train you on what you need to know – just bring your confidence and a positive attitude!)
· Follow up with potential clients via email (speed is king with our firm!).
· Maintain records of leads, calls, and outcomes in our CRM system.
· Coordinate with attorneys once you have booked consultations (scheduling, organizing, great communication!).
How You’ll ROCK this Role:
· 2+ years of phone-based sales experience
· Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
· Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations toward confident “yes” decisions.
· Highly organized with strong follow-through (never let a hot lead go cold!)
· Excellent verbal communication skills (your goal is to make all walks of life feel safe and comfortable talking with you)
