THE ORGANIZATION
Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) is a non-profit agency under contract to the State of California and for 50 years has provided the coordination of services to individuals with developmental disabilities. ACRC employs approximately 700 persons working out of eight offices in a ten-county area. ACRC is one of 21 Regional Centers in California.
COMPENSATION
We adhere to a Ten-step salary structure, determined by a combination of educational attainment and professional experience.
$41.48 - $48.02/hour equivalent to $86,278.40 - $99,881.40 annually. The actual amount offered within this range will depend on a variety of factors including skills and abilities, education, experience, and other relevant job-related factors. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
THE POSITION AND JOB SUMMARY
ACRC is seeking a Client Services Manager located in the Sacramento office, to provide management and oversight of a Children’s Unit, serving children with developmental disabilities ages 3-18. The purpose of the Client Services Manager position is to ensure that assigned unit staff are guiding Clients and their families in acquiring and maintaining assessed supports and services. Responsibilities include: selecting, training, monitoring, coaching, managing, and evaluating assigned staff; ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and regional center policies; conducting periodic and continual review of cases and documentation with Service Coordinators; participation on committees and groups to provide education and training on services for Clients; providing emergency on-call support for assigned staff; participation as a member of the Leadership Team to develop policies and procedures; and serving on Leadership Team work groups.

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must possess a Master’s degree and have three (3) years of experience in a human service (or related) agency, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities OR a Bachelor’s degree and have five (5) years of experience in a human service (or related) agency, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities; ability to interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, requirements and policy standards; demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills; and have strong time-management and organization skills.
