Position Summary:
The Clinic Office Manager, is a key member of the Family Health Services team, will assist with day to day operations. Will assist in the supervision of clerical staff by training employees, planning, assigning and directing work. Will assist in addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
Prefer two years of experience in medical business office related duties, with two years experience in supervisory role. Prefer knowledge of Rural Health Clinic state and federal guidelines, and accreditation standards. Prefer extensive experience in computer applications and electronic medical record. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organization skills and ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships.
