We are seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator to become an integral part of our team! This operator will use specialized CNC equipment to form flat layout metal components to product specifications.
Shift Hours:
(First) 6:00am - 3:00pm (Monday - Thursday) 6:00am - Noon (Friday)
(Second) 3:30pm - 1:30am (Monday afternoon - Friday morning)
CNC Press Brake Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to operate, program, and change out tooling on CNC equipment
- Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications.
- Operate small hand tools such as grinders, buffers, and sanders
- Must be able to stand, lift, and bend to maneuver sheet metal parts to be formed
- Detail duties such as counting and completing documentation
- Ability to read work instructions and department routings
- Inspects parts for conformance to specifications
- Ability to work well with others in your same work area and other departments
- Work in an efficient and timely manner
- Keep work area, including machine surfaces clean at all times.
- Identify areas for process improvement, cost and waste reduction
- Associate must maintain an exceptional attendance record
- The associate is required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment; such as safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.'
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, manual or CNC Forming, or other related fields
- Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
- Ability to handle physical workload

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
