We’re looking for a sharp, customer-first collision estimator to lead the front desk at our busy and well-respected body and service shop. If you have 3-5 years of experience in the automotive space, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and know how to build trust with customers while driving sales—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and assess their collision repair
- Accurately estimate repairs and walk customers through the process
- Build trust by explaining recommendations and service benefits
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies and adjusters
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department for job flow
- Manage status updates, timelines, and follow-up calls
- Handle authorizations, paperwork, and billing
- Deliver a positive customer experience from intake to delivery
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an estimator
- Solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and collision processes
- Proven experience working with insurance companies and adjusters
- Strong sales skills
- Experience with CCC ONE
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
- Profession attire required
