Position Summary
The Field Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing aspects of operations in the field. This includes ensuring job quality and safety, providing updated installation schedules, assessing site conditions, and being a key point of contact between the office, installation manager, and customers. This individual should be a proactive problem solver with strong leadership and communication skills and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Field measure all active projects
- Coordinate (on site) mounting and electrical requirements with GC and electrician
- Conduct pre-installation site assessments, ensuring site conditions align with agreed upon specifications, and confirming site readiness and material needs for installation
- Meet with project manager during weekly scheduling meetings to discuss/review schedule for following week
- Attend daily morning huddles with project manager and installation manager confirming that clear expectations are communicated for each job, and reviewing punch list items as they arise
- Attend all project kickoff meetings, and all other required subcontractor meetings
- Determine number of installers necessary and time needed to complete installation and document into “Report of Findings”
- Conduct job site inspections and provide guidance or corrections as needed.
- Manage scheduling and workflow to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain adherence to safety standards and company protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in window treatment installation or comparable construction trade
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in the field
- High-Level organizational skills
- Professional and customer-focused communication style
- A determined “whatever it takes” attitude
- Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and industry software for reporting and measuring.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Well groomed and professional appearance
- Above average knowledge of electrical trade

Compensation & Benefits
- Hours: (Monday - Thursday 7:00AM - 4:30PM) / (Friday 8:00am - 12:00)
- Annual Starting Wage $50,000 - $52,000 (based on experience)
- Work location: Greer showroom
