We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Coordinator to support and enhance our internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling content, coordinating communication strategies, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. This role is essential to maintaining our brand voice and enhancing our stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and edit internal and external communication materials including newsletters, press releases, and announcements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure message alignment
Assist in the creation and execution of communication plans for campaigns and initiatives
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other executive communications
Ensure consistency of branding and tone across all communication efforts
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications or content-related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
