Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process New and Used vehicle contracts.
- Tear down New and Used deals daily, ensure all necessary documents are in the deal.
- Verifies the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale.
- File deposit receipts in deals.
- Process and submit payoffs for Trade-ins.
- Make accounting adjustments as needed and maintain clean schedules on a weekly basis.
- Process Service Loaners coming in/out of inventory.
- Responsible for all aspects of posting unwinds and rollbacks accurately.
- Perform monthly Physical inventory.
- Stock in New vehicles daily, print invoices and process the accounting.
- Pull warranties and gaps from the deals for processing including cancellations.
- File deals and other documents.
- Other duties, as assigned
