The Reyes Marketing team assists companies in the Palm Desert region with effective marketing plans and sales solutions. We don't operate like other consulting firms because things should be done differently. Rather than using predetermined strategies, we collaborate closely with our clients to identify innovative solutions that support the expansion and improved operation of their companies.
If you're new to customer service or sales support, this is a fantastic opportunity. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be our clients' initial point of contact, helping them maximize the benefits of their marketing and sales solutions while developing your abilities in the process. You will actively engage with customers and educate them on every product or service we represent to drive sales revenue and boost market share for our client's brands. Your contributions will drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and deliver a seamless, customer-centered experience, which is key to our success.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Representative:
- Develop a rapport with our clients' current customers and ensure their satisfaction with their service; actively engage with new customers (in an in-person setting) to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Respond to their inquiries, concerns, and technical difficulties courteously and competently.
- Maintain thorough records of all conversations and follow-ups with customers to ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer service that builds relationships with clients; seek out chances for sales growth to result from providing exceptional customer service.
- Keep track of common problems and provide leadership with input regarding customer needs.
- Using the insights you gain from customers, assist in enhancing our marketing and sales tactics.
- Participate in training courses to hone your sales and customer service abilities.
What We're Looking For In a Customer Care Representative:
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Interest in learning about sales processes and customer service excellence
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college coursework or an Associate's degree
- Basic understanding of sales concepts or interest in learning
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish)
- Experience with social media or online communication platforms
