About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Insights Analyst to join our Customer Support department. In this full-time, hourly position, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance our customer experience. Your ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively in English will be essential in shaping our support strategies and improving customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and key areas for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to address customer needs and enhance processes.
- Monitor feedback channels and review customer surveys to gauge satisfaction levels.
- Provide actionable recommendations for improving customer engagement and retention.
- Support cross-functional teams with customer insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer analytics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a customer support or related field.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of customer satisfaction metrics and survey methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analysis, Statistics, Marketing) is preferred.
The pay range for this role is:
22.81 - 36.91 USD per hour(Remote (Hialeah, Florida, US))
