RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide consistently remarkable customer service experiences in every interaction, with every customer, every day.
- Meet multiple customer needs through a broad and complementary line of insurance and financial products and in a time and manner they expect
- You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to educate and promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage’s, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Must meet production goals which will include calls, quotes, applications, and policies per day/week/month. Attend community events and volunteer opportunities
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
