Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Resolve service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and providing effective solutions
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer needs efficiently
Process service requests, work orders, and follow-ups
Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately
Support leasing and property management teams as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
1+ year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
