Precision Point Frederick (PPF) is seeking Firearms Sales Associates ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approach each customer using with excellent customer service
- Keep the department clean, faced, and straight at all times
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
- of form 4473
- Maintain accuracy when completing the employee portion of 4473.
- Review and ensure accuracy on the customer portion of form 4473.
- Ensure security of the sales department, including the gun counter and firearm rooms.
- Ensure all ATF standards are met for all firearm transactions.
- Communicate customer requests to management.
- Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management, which may at times include assisting in other departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be at least 21 years of age with no legal disqualifiers to possess firearms
- Must be experienced in instructional techniques and proficient in MS Office
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion
- Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Working Conditions:
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
- Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods required.
- Ability to physically participate in multiple eight (8) hour days of basic and advanced firearm training as part of pre-opening training required.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
