Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and order-related issues.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating product information and customer records.
- Support various eCommerce tasks, such as managing product listings, order processing, and inventory updates.
- Handle general administrative duties to support the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or eCommerce is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
