Pay starts at $14, and a $1 raise is given after 90 days. Spanish Speaking a plus, but not required.
We are specifically looking for someone who can work 15-20 hours a week, mainly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone with 1-2 years customer service, Call Center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through effective communication
- Provide accurate, information by using the right methods/tools/terminology
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
