A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative / CSR, you provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries, scheduling services or maintenance calls, and making outgoing calls to maintain customer accounts. You debrief and dispatch service technicians before service calls and then submit client reviews when jobs are finished. When needed, you also assist with dispatch warranty calls and add-on sales by advertising our other products and services to customers. You promptly update customer files in Service Titan, handle requests or complaints, and help around the office in any other way you can. You enjoy using your skills to help both our customers and technicians!
HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year of CSR experience
- Reliable transportation
Experience with professional phone work and sales or upselling is highly desired, but not required! Are you a hard worker? Are you motivated to jump in where you are needed?
