Responsibilities

- Engage with customers through phone calls, emails, and chat to deliver support and information.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional assistance.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document interactions and manage reports.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
