Callis Insurance is seeking a Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative CSR who is looking to be part of a team and an agency that will invest in them and their career. By using rapport building and excellent communication skills, this role will work to solve clients’ problems effectively and efficiently by:
- Provide outstanding inbound service (Phone Support and Documentation).
- Work to support the Personal Insurance Department by processing service related tasks.
- Bring a positive attitude and efficient work ethic.
- Prior customer service in related field preferred.
We provide coaching and utilize technology to support the role.
