Job Type: Full-Time, Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00AM-6:15PM, Tuesday and Thursday: 11:00AM-6:15PM

Important: Flexibility is a must in this position to help cover vacations from 7:15AM-6:15PM

We are currently hiring a Customer Service Specialist / Physical Therapy Aide to support our patients and clinicians in delivering outstanding care.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist patients with warmth, professionalism, and care
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
- Support therapists with treatment room setup and light administrative tasks
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and providers

- Previous healthcare or customer service experience a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
