We are currently hiring a Customer Service Specialist / Physical Therapy Aide to support our patients and clinicians in delivering outstanding care. What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist patients with warmth, professionalism, and care
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
- Support therapists with treatment room setup and light administrative tasks
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and providers
