Responsibilities

- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records and track interactions.
- Handle outbound calling initiatives to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Provide multilingual support as needed to cater to diverse customer backgrounds.
- Assist in cash handling processes when required, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing challenging customer interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in cash handling is advantageous but not mandatory.
