We are looking for a motivated Customer Support & Scheduling Coordinator to be the central hub between clients and technicians. What You’ll Do
Client & Team Communication
- Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and care.
- Act as the main contact between clients and our technicians.
- Share information quickly and clearly with the right team members.
- Follow up with technicians on open tasks and service priorities.
- Review time logs to make sure daily entries are completed correctly.
Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Keep the technician calendar up to date and conflict-free.
- Prioritize and assign incoming requests and work orders.
- Organize monthly overtime scheduling during peak periods.
Ticket & Service Tracking
- Create, assign, and manage tickets in our internal system.
- Monitor progress to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Follow up on pending or overdue tickets.
- Confirm technician availability for scheduled appointments.
Technical & Administrative Support
- Learn the basics of our software products to assist new Level 1 technicians.
- Provide guidance on simple technical issues when needed.
- Support onboarding of new team members.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, tickets, and schedules.
- Prepare reports on technician activity and service completion.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support (service/technical background a plus).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling/ticketing tools.
- Calm under pressure, with strong time management skills.
Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of CRM or service management platforms.
- Experience supporting field service teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
