Millennium Corporation is hiring a Database Administrator to work full time on site in West Mifflin, PA. All candidates MUST have an active Top-Secret or DoE Q clearance to qualify for consideration.
Duties:
- Maintain databases and database infrastructure across multiple sites.
- Support end users and developers by monitoring system performance and security and improving operations.
- Must understand Azure Cloud Storage, Oracle, and Linux database administration
- Experience with Oracle and SQL Server Administration
- Lead data migrations and refreshes, and perform upgrades and patches
- Oversee smartcard/Kerberos authentication
- Take charge of server administration tasks and manage vulnerabilities
- Comfortably explain the different deployment models upon request
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience (can be waived)
- Knowledge of FedRAMP/FedRAMP+
- Ability to write and speak clearly about technical subjects
- Prior experience with Azure
- Experience with RHEL or Oracle OS
- Ansible scripting experience
- Operational experience with Elastic Pool, DB clustering, SQL/PaaS, Postgres SQL, SQL on VMs and ETL, MySQL, Synapse/Microsoft BI, and HDInsight/Hadoop/Spark
- Operational experience assessing multiple Azure instance environments

Pay: $88,137.26 - $106,143.79 per year
