Summary
We are seeking an Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team at IntelliFeed, Inc. This role is essential in helping our operations by managing financial reporting, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The Office Administrator will play a key role in maintaining the flow of our administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
Requirements
- Experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is preferred.
- Great organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
