Lunde Auto Sales in Wadena, MN is growing and looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Dealership Operations Manager to join our team.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being at the center of dealership operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office functions and administrative duties including bookkeeping, payroll, HR, AR/AP.
- Process vehicle titles, registrations, and lien paperwork accurately and timely
- Support dealership Sales and Service staff and ownership with scheduling, reports, and logistics
- Maintain inventory records and audits and vendor communication
- Assist with customer service, marketing coordination, and dealership initiatives
- Manage Ancillary businesses and products inside and outside of dealership
- Keep the office organized, professional, and customer-friendly
- Reporting directly to Owner as part of a 3 person Management Tram (Sales, Service, Operations)
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient with computers and basic office software (Excel, Word, email)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset (THE most important!)
- Previous experience in an office, dealership, or title processing role is a plus
- Familiarity with Dealertrack or DMS systems is a bonus (but not required)
