We are a private PPO dental office looking for an experienced, highly motivated, friendly and energetic dental assistant for a part time front office position.
Applicants MUST have;
- Prefer minimum 2 year front office experience
- Excellent patient communication
- Pleasant outgoing personality and professional appearance
- Highly motivated, reliable, flexible and honest
- Good computer skills
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and financial options to patients clearly and compassionately
- Work with dental providers to ensure accuracy and consistency in treatment planning
- Coordinate insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and billing
- Oversee front office operations, including scheduling, patient communications, and staff coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Foster a positive and professional environment for both staff and patients
