- Maintain and organize all administrative functions in the front office.
- Handle reception tasks.
- Answer the office phone and distribute calls or messages accordingly.
- Communicate patients' arrival promptly.
- Manage administrative records and document patient dental treatments and transactions.
- Follow office procedures for patient referrals and scheduling of appointments.
- Maintain office accounts receivable information and make financial arrangements with patients before treatments. Order office and administrative supplies.

- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures
