The Role:
As Office Manager, you'll be the right hand to our doctor and the go-to for both patients and staff. You’ll help establish systems, shape the patient experience, and ensure the office runs smoothly as we grow.
Responsibilities:
- Lead front office operations with professionalism and warmth
- Manage the schedule and optimize patient flow
- Handle insurance verifications, billing, and collections
- Support hiring and onboarding as the team expands
- Troubleshoot daily issues and maintain a smooth-running office
- Help develop office policies and workflows tailored to our practice
Qualifications:
- Prior dental office management experience required (startup experience is a plus)
- Dentrix Ascend experience preferred
- Confident with insurance, scheduling, billing, and patient communication
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- A positive, team-first attitude with excellent communication skills
