Our dental practice is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team! What matters most is your ability to create a welcoming environment, confidently present large treatment plans, and support patients as they move forward with their care.
What You’ll Do:
-Welcome and build trust with patients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Clearly explain recommended treatments and associated costs in an easy-to-understand way
- Confidently present large treatment plans and discuss financial options
- Help patients feel comfortable and supported when making important healthcare
decisions
- Coordinate scheduling, financial arrangements, and follow-ups
- Manage patient reactivation to keep patients engaged
- Support patients with understanding their insurance and financing options (training
provided)

Experience Needed:
- Dental experience preferred.
- Background in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, sales, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to comfortably discuss financial topics is important.
