Treatment Coordinator – Join Our Amazing Dental Team!

What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Presenting comprehensive treatment plans to patients, answering questions, and addressing concerns with confidence.
✨ Managing phones and scheduling with a smile.
✨ Processing payments, posting transactions, and helping patients with financing options.
✨ Tracking case acceptance, payments, and creating daily/weekly reports.
✨ Following up with patients who have unscheduled treatment (because we care about every smile!).
✨ Handling general office duties—referrals, data entry, and keeping things running smoothly.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- A detail-oriented multitasker who loves staying organized.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (or similar software).
- Basic knowledge of clerical procedures like filing, recordkeeping, and data entry.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- Previous front office or clerical experience preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus!
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
